WATERSIDE PLACE - Boston MA.

 

Waterside Place is slated to be the latest addition to Boston's vibrant and exciting Innovation District.  The 500,000 square foot mixed use project is ideally placed on 3 acres between Congress Street and Summer Street and immediately adjacent to the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center.  Designed to accommodate the demands of a transforming market, Waterside Place will bring the first grocery store and pharmacy into the growing mixed-use residential innovation district. 

Capturing the essence of sustainability and convenience, Waterside Place will also have on site parking with direct access to the World Trade Center Silver Line station. 

Construction is planned for late 2011 and completion is expected within two years.  When completed, the project will include 80,000 square feet of retail space and 234 residential rental units.

WORLD TRADE CENTER WEST - Boston MA.

 
Located in the heart of the Seaport District, the World Trade Center West is a 17-story mid-rise office tower, consisting of 586,000 square feet, including 517,000 square feet of office space and 56,000 square feet of retail space. The building was developed jointly with Fidelity Investments and opened in the summer of 2002.

WORLD TRADE CENTER EAST - Boston MA.

 
World Trade Center East opened in July 2000. This 16-story, 504,000 square foot office project also includes a below-grade garage for 660 cars and a four-acre park. The Drew Company developed this property in partnership with Fidelity Investments.

SEAPORT HOTEL - Boston MA.

 
A joint development between The Drew Company and Fidelity Investments, the 426-room Seaport Hotel was one of the first new buildings to be developed in the Seaport District. With over 17,000 square feet of meeting space, a restaurant, lounge and retail shops, this independent hotel has been an important part of the Seaport District since its opening in 1998.

Developed in conjunction with Fidelity Investments, the Seaport World Trade Center Boston was redeveloped in 1986 as part of the historic Commonwealth Pier into an 830,000 square foot office, conference and exhibition center. The Seaport World Trade Center Boston offers 250,000 square feet of convention and meeting space and 600,000 square feet of first class office space.

RONALD REAGAN BUILDING - Washington D.C.

 
The Drew Company manages the International Trade Center (ITC) at the Ronald Reagan Building in Washington D.C. on behalf of the United States government. The building is located on Pennsylvania Avenue between the Capital Building and The White House. The 3 million square foot Ronald Reagan Building houses the headquarters of three federal agencies along with offices for private companies, trade organizations and one of the largest conference centers in Washington D.C.

Developed by The Drew Company in 1986, the Tweeter Center (formerly The Great Woods Center for the Performing Arts) is a music amphitheater located south of Boston and seats 19,000, including 7,000 seats under roof. During a typical summer season, Tweeter Center will host 60-70 performances and attract over 600,000 visitors. There is parking for 6,000 vehicles within the 100 acre complex.

BAYSIDE EXPOSITION CENTER - Boston MA.

 
The Bayside Exposition Center contains 230,000 square feet of exhibition space. Located south of downtown Boston, Bayside has been hosting the largest of New England’s trade and public shows since 1983. Each year over 50 trade shows and consumer expositions attract over 700,000 visitors to the area. Bayside is situated on 26 acres overlooking Dorchester Bay and provides parking for 2,000 cars.
